Terms and Conditions

for Monthly Hosting and Maintenance Services

I (Jamie Jorczak) facilitate customer support for your website hosting, provided by Flywheel. By subscribing to this service, you agree to Flywheel’s terms and conditions, privacy policy, and acceptable use policy, and you agree that you have read and consent to their legal documents found at https://getflywheel.com/legal. I will not be held liable for any malfunctions originating with Flywheel.

Your monthly payment is due within seven (7) days of receipt. If your invoice remains unpaid for more than thirty (30) days past the due date, your hosting service will be suspended until the past due amount and two (2) months’ advance payment have been submitted. Your subscription covers up to 5,000 monthly visits; 5GB disk; and 250GB bandwidth. It includes automatic site backups and SSL certification. If your website exceeds those limits, you agree you will either upgrade to the appropriate service plan or cancel your subscription.

Your package includes basic maintenance, which is limited to routine updates when available for plugins, themes, and WordPress core files. If a plugin or theme update breaks your website, I will initiate a backup restore at no additional charge. If a testing process is required to determine the source of the conflict and resolve the problem, I will charge my hourly rate upon your consent to move forward.

The basic maintenance package is limited in scope and does not include creative work such as design changes, copy edits, adding or deleting images, or any other revisions to your website content.
